基于云计算的中小企业信息化建设研究

Research on Informatization Construction of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on Cloud Computing

为了加快中小企业基于云计算的信息化建设,最大限度地对现有资源优化整合,低成本高效益地满足企业业务需求。首先,对中小企业信息化遇到的问题进行了分析,主要有成本不断增加、软件架构无法兼容、集中管理困难和系统安全难以保证;接着从云计算的应用详细分析了在企业信息化中优势;最后提出了IPS-T中小企业信息建设方案,方案从基础设计、平台、软件和建设流程程4个方面作了详细介绍,对于企业信息化建设中具有一定参考价值。

In order to speed up the informationization construction ofsmaU and medium-sized enterprises based on cloud computing, it should minimize the integration of existing resources and satisfy the business requirements of enterprise with low cost and high effectiveness. Firstly, the problems occurred in the informatizarion construnction of small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed, including the increasing of cost, the incompatibility of software and architecture, the difficulty of centralized management as well as the uncertain system security. And then, the advantages of cloud computing applied in enterprise informatization are discussed in details. Finally, the IPS-T informatization construction scheme of small and medium-sized enterprises is proposed. This paper introduces in details the scheme from such four aspects as basic design, platform, software and construction process. This scheme has some reference value for enterprise informatization construction.
