摘要 为了解决LTE-Advanced系统中热点区域基站负载过高导致的拥塞问题,在网络中引入移动负载均衡技术,通过平衡相邻小区之间的负载,提升网络的性能。提出了一种基于用户RSRP的移动负载均衡算法,该算法根据本小区和邻小区的负载水平,平衡网络负载。系统级仿真结果表明,该算法能够提升小区的平均吞吐量和小区边缘用户吞吐量。 In order to solve congestion caused by the heavy load of base stations in hot areas of LTE-Advanced system, mobility load balancing (MLB) is introduced into the network. MLB improves the performance of the network by balancing the load between two different base stations. In this paper, an MLB algorithm based on user equipments' RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power} is proposed. The algorithm uses the load level of local base station and its neighbour base stations to balance the load. System-level simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can increase both average cell throughput and cell edge users' throughput.
