摘要
采用H1020大孔吸附树脂对4-硝基甲苯(PNT)磺化过程中产生的废硫酸进行吸附和脱附实验,考察了吸附温度、废酸初始浓度、吸附时间以及流速等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在25℃、1BV/h下,废酸经吸附处理后COD值由7420mg/L降至600mg/L以下,COD去除率达92%以上;树脂脱附率达99%。经数次再生后的H1020树脂对磺化废酸仍有较好的吸附效果。
The adsorption of the waste sulfuric acid in sulfonation of p-nituotoluene(PNT) by using macroporous resin H 1020 has been investigated. The influences of adsorption temperature,the initial concentration of waste acid, time and velocity on the adsorption effect have been sulfuric acid is reduced from 7420mg/L to less than discussed. The experimental results show that the COD of waste 600mg/L with the removal of 90% COD.Under the proposed optimum conditions, the resin desorption ratio is over 99%.After several times of adsorption-desorotion, the H1020 resin maintains the good efficiency for the treating of waste sulfuric acid.
