海昆肾喜胶囊联合复方α-酮酸治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床研究

Clinical study of Haikunshenxi capsule combined with compound α - keto acid on chronic renal failure

目的观察海昆肾喜胶囊联合复方α-酮酸治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法将42例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为2组,每组21例,均给予一般常规治疗。在此基础上治疗组给予口服海昆肾喜胶囊联合复方α-酮酸,2组疗程均为3个月,观察2组疗效。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率86%,对照组总有效率57%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮、血脂、血磷较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.05),蛋白、钙较治疗前明显上升(P均<0.05);而对照组治疗前后比较无显著性差异。结论海昆肾喜胶囊联合复方α-酮酸治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭患者既可改善临床症状,又能改善肾功能,明显延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展。

Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Haikunshenxi capsule combined with compoundα -keto acid on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods 42 cases of patients with CRF were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group （n =21 ） and control group （n = 21 ）, both groups were given normal therapy, and the treatment group was given HaikunShenxi capsule combined with compound α- keto acid on the basis. The courses of the 2 groups both lasted for 3 months. Then the curative effects were observed and compared. Results After 3 months, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86% while that of control group was 57% , compared with each other, the differences was significant. There was a pretty significant decline of the treatment group in serum Cr and BUN, blood fat and serium inorganic phosphorus （P 〈 0.05） while the protein, calcium was increased （P 〈 0.05）. Meanwhile, there was no obvious difference in control group. Conclu- sion Haikunshenxi Capsule combined with compound α- keto acid can improve the clinical symptom of the patients with CRF, as well as improve renal function and delay the progress of CRF.
