ELISA方法在检测猪血清中PRRSV抗体中的应用

The Application of ELISA for the Detection PRRSV Antibodies in Pig Sera

为掌握PRRSV在猪群中的感染情况,应用ELISA方法对红河州部分规模化猪场和散养户1052份血清进行PRRSV抗体检测。结果显示,平均阳性率为56.9%,不同年龄阶段的猪有不同程度感染,散养猪的感染率比规模化养殖高,断奶仔猪的感染率比其它年龄阶段的猪感染率高,瘦肉型猪抗感染能力弱。

In order to know PRRSV infection in pigs, ELISA was used to detect PRRSV antibodies in 1 052 serum samples from part scale pig farms and free-ranging pig farms in Honghe Zhou, Yunnan Province.The results showed the average positive rate was 56.9%, pigs of different ages had different degrees of infection： the infection rate in free-ranging pigs was higher than in the scale farm pigs, infection rate in weaned pigles was higher than in pigs of other ages, and the lean-meat type pigs was weak in anti-infection ability.
