摘要
海塔盆地压裂改造经常出现压不开、施工压力过高、低砂比阶段砂堵等异常难压情况,压裂施工成功率仅为81%。从储层地质和工程技术两方面分析了异常难压储层产生的原因,找到了压不开、异常高压、低砂比砂堵储层压裂技术难点。在完善设备、管柱、工艺等基础上,针对不同难压储层实施优化射孔、压前酸化、应用低摩阻压裂液、实时控制等相应技术对策,取得了较好效果,矿场试验成功率提高到91.8%。
The abnormally difficult-to-fracture situations are often faced in Hailar and Tamsag Basin: fail to frac- ture, over-pressure operation, sand plug in the stage of low sand ratio and so on, the success rate of the fracturing stimulation is only 81%. From the viewpoints of the reservoir geology and engineering techniques, the reasons of the above problems are analyzed, the difficulties of the fracturing technique for the reservoirs are found out. On the bases of improving the equipment, pipe string, technology and so forth, the corresponding technological counter- measures i. e. optimized perforation, acidizing before the fracturing, low-fraction frac-fluid, real-time control and so forth are adopted, finally much better effects are obtained, the success rate of the field test is up to 91.8%.
