疏水缔合聚合物缔合程度及其油藏适应性 被引量:16

摘要 以物理化学、高分子材料学和油藏工程为理论指导,以仪器检测、化学分析和物理模拟为技术手段,以聚合物溶液黏度、聚合物分子线团尺寸、渗流特性和驱油效果等为评价指标,以渤海某油藏储层特征和流体性质为研究平台,开展了缔合程度对疏水缔合聚合物性能及其油藏适应性影响研究。结果表明:调节剂β-环糊精可以抑制疏水缔合聚合物分子链上疏水基团间缔合作用,改变调节剂质量分数就可以改变疏水缔合聚合物缔合程度即改变聚合物溶液黏度和分子聚集体尺寸,进而改变聚合物在多孔介质内渗流特性和传输运移能力;随调节剂质量分数增加,疏水缔合聚合物驱采收率呈现先增加后减小趋势,合适的调节剂质量分数即缔合程度可以改善疏水缔合聚合物与储层间适应性,提高聚合物驱增油效果。 Guided by the theories of physico-chemistry, high-molecule material science and oil reservoir engineer- ing, with the help of the following technical measures : instrument detection, chemical analysis and physical simula- tion, the impact studies of the association degree on the property of hydrophobically associating polymer and its a- daptability to oil reservoirs are conducted. The results show that the conditioner of β-cyclodextrin can restrain the association action of hydrophobic groups on the polymer molecular chains, by means of choosing the mass fraction of the conditioner, the association degree of the hydrophobically associating polymer can be changed, namely the changes of the polymer solution's viscosity and size of the molecular aggregates, thus the flow characteristics and transporting-migrating capability of the polymer in porous media can he altered ; with the rise of the mass fraction of the conditioner, the trend of EOR by this special kind of polymer shows as follows : first increases and then drops, the suitable mass fraction i. e. a suitable degree of the association can improve the adaptability of hydrophobicallyassociating polymer to the oil reservoirs and finally enhance the incremental effects of the polymer flooding.
