铺层对碳/环氧树脂基复合材料固化变形的影响 被引量:1

摘要 碳/环氧树脂基复合材料构件应用广泛,但在加热固化成型过程中易产生严重的变形。铺层设计时,在满足构件结构强度和刚度要求基础上,通过优化铺层设计,来降低碳/环氧复合材料构件的变形。本文在这方面进行了初步的探讨,旨在摸索对复合材料设计有积极意义的规律。 Though carbon/epoxy composite structures are widely used, during the process of cure with heat, serious deformation may happen. Layer designing is not only to satisfy the demand of structural strength and stiffness, but also to re- duce the deformation. The elementary research has been developed in this article to find out the positive law of composite designing.
