氧化应激和泌乳素裂解与女性心功能不全的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between female cardiac insufficiency and oxidativestress as well as prolactin cracking

摘要 氧化应激是心功能不全发生发展的重要机制之一。氧化应激导致组织蛋白酶D激活,组织蛋白酶D将泌乳激素由23kDa裂解为16kDa。16kDa泌乳素抑制血管内皮生成和促进细胞凋亡,与女性心功能不全有关。 Summary Oxidative stress is one of the important mechanisms in the occurrence and development of cardiac dysfunction. Oxidative stress causes cathepsin D activation, which in turn, makes prolactin crack from 23 kDa to 16 kDa. This cracked 16 kDa prolactin inhibits endothelial formation and promotes cell apoptosis, which is related with female cardiac dysfunction.
