运动诱发心肌缺血后T波峰-末间期显著增加 被引量:2

Obvious increase of Tpeak-Tend interval(Tp-Te) inexercise-induced myocardial ischemia

摘要 目的:通过平板运动试验诱发心肌缺血,探讨T波峰-末间期(Tp-Te)与心肌缺血的关系。方法:入选50例活动平板运动试验阳性并行冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病的患者作为阳性组,40例活动平板运动试验阴性者作为阴性组,分析其心电图资料,观察运动前后Tp-Te变化并进行比较。结果:阳性组运动高峰校正最大Tp-Te及校正平均Tp-Te较运动前明显增加[(159±30)ms∶(132±29)ms,P<0.05;(104±23)ms∶(94±14)ms,P<0.05],且显著高于阴性组[(159±30)ms∶(134±24)ms,P<0.05;(104±23)ms∶(86±14)ms,P<0.05]。结论:Tp-Te在心肌缺血患者行平板运动试验时显著延长,可作为判断冠心病的新指标。 Objective:To explore the relationship between Tpeak-Tend interval (Tp-Te) and myocardial ische- mia which induced by treadmill exercise test. Method:The positive group consisted of 50 patients of positive tread- mill exercise test, whose CHD diagnosis was confirmed by CAG. The negative group consisted of 40 patients of negative treadmill exercise test. The ECG data were collected before and after exercise to observe the change of Tp-Te. Result.. The corrected max Tp-Te and mean Tp-Te of positive, patients increased significantly after treadmill exercise test compared with before [-(159±30)ms : (132±29)ms, P〈0.05; (104±23)ms : (94±14)ms, P〈 0.05]. After treadmill exercise test, the corrected max Tp-Te and mean Tp-Te of positive patients augmented sharply compared with negative group [(159±30)ms : (134±24)ms, P〈0.05; (104±23)ms : (86±14)ms, P〈0.05]. Conclusion:Tp-Te of CHD patients increased significantly after treadmill exercise test, Tp-Te may be a new index for evaluating myocardial ischemia in CHD patients.
