摘要
目的:探讨中国常武地区汉族人群磷酸二酯酶4D(PDE4D)基因微卫星AC008818-1多态性与不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的相关性。方法:对194例UAP患者(UAP组)和233例非冠心病者(对照组)采用基因测序技术检测PDE4D基因AC008818-1多态性。结果:中国常武地区汉族人群UAP患者和非冠心病者中存在PDE4D基因AC008818-1多态性,且在国内外首次发现重复次数为7次的-12等位基因;单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,UAP组PDE4D基因AC008818-1的基因型和等位基因频率与对照组比较均无统计学差异,提示AC008818-1多态性与UAP易感性无关。结论:本研究首次证实在中国常武地区汉族人群UAP患者和非冠心病者中均存在PDE4D基因微卫星AC008818-1多态性,且该多态性与UAP易感性无关,新发现了重复次数为7次的-12等位基因。
Objective:To investigate the association between phosphodiesterase 4D (PDE4D) gene microsatel- [ite AC008818-t polymorphism and unstable angiha pectoris (UAP) in Chinese Han pppulation of Changwu region. Method:The PDE4D gene AC008818-1 polymorphism was genotyped by gene sequence detection in 194 UAP patients (UAP group) and 233 subjects without coronary heart disease (CHD) (control group). Result: In Chinese Han population of Changwu region, there were PDE4D gene AC008818-1 polymorphisms in both groups. Futhermore, a new allele with 7 repeats was first discovered worldwide; PDE4D gene AC008818-1 genotypes and allele frequencies showed no significant statistical differences between UAP group and control group based on sin- gle factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis, which suggested that microsatellite AC008818-1 polymor- phism had no association with the susceptibility of UAP. Conclusion: In Chinese Han population of Changwu region, it is first confirmed that there are PDE4D gene AC008818-1 polymorphisms both in patients with UAP and in subjects without CHD. Microsatellite AC008818-1 polymorphism shows no association with the susceptibility of UAP. A new -12 allele with 7 repeats is first discovered.
