摘要 寻常性痤疮是一种毛囊、皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病。好发于颜面及胸背部，多发于青年人，痤疮不仅造成皮损局部不适，更重要的因影响容貌而对患者造成心理损害。依据皮损性质和严重程度痤疮分为三度4级：I级（轻度）：仅有粉刺；Ⅱ级（中度）：I级基础上出现炎性丘疹；Ⅲ级（中度）：Ⅱ级基础上出现脓疱；Ⅳ级（重度）：Ⅲ级基础上出现结节、囊肿或瘢痕。痤疮分级是痤疮治疗及疗效评价的重要依据，其治疗包括系统治疗、外用药物治疗和物理治疗，传统治疗如外用药或口服抗生素等，
