A型肉毒素肌注胸大肌对硅凝胶假体隆乳术形态影响的临床研究

Clinical study on the breast shape after the augmentation mammaplasty with pectoralis major injeected Botulinum Toxin A

目的:本研究旨在探讨A型肉毒素对假体隆乳病人术后乳房形态变化的影响。方法:40例小乳症患者行硅胶囊乳房假体隆乳术。试验组术中在胸大肌中下段注射A型肉毒素,对照组直接行隆乳术,术后两组采取照片测量进行形态评估。结果:在整体乳房形态上,试验组术后3个月大部分乳房乳头位置基本位于乳房中部,术后6个月可稍上移,幅度不大,对照组于术后3月乳头位置基本固定,大部分乳房乳头位置集中于乳房分区中部靠下,P<0.05。结论:A型肉毒素在早期可以使乳房形状更自然。

Objective To investigate the effects of botulinum toxin type A on morphological changes of patients with augmentation mammaplasty. Methods 40 cases accepted augmentation mammaplasty. The test group need pectoralis major Lower segment injection with botulinum toxin type A, and the control group accepted augmentation mammaplasty directly. After the operation, Two groups took photo measurement to the morphological evaluation. Results On the whole breast shape, In the experimental group, most of the breast nipple position were substantially in the middle of breast 3 months later, which may be slightly moved up marginally 6 months later. In the control group, the nipple position basically fixed 3 months after operation, and the majority concentrated in the breast nipple position on the lower middle partition, P〈0.05. Conclusions Botulinum toxin type A in the early can make a more natural shape of the breast.
