摘要
目的:评价颞下颌关节前脱位改良口内复位法的临床效果。方法:采用口内改良复位法对海军总医院口腔科2005-07～2012-01间在门、急诊收治以及科间会诊的75例急性前脱位患者进行复位治疗。结果:75例颞下颌关节前脱位患者复位成功,疗效满意。结论:采用口内改良复位法治疗颞下颌关节前脱位简单易行、效果良好。
Objective：To evaluate the clinic effect of a modified method for reduction of condyle anterior dislocation.Methods： 75 cases of condyle anterior dislocation were reduced by a modified method of reduction,effect was observed clinically.Results： All the cases of anterior dislocation of condyle were treated successfully.The patients felt more comfortable and the operation time was decreased.Conclusion： The modified method for reduction of condyle anterior dislocation is simple and effective.
