眩晕残障程度评定量表(中文版)的评价

An Evaluaiton of the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (Chinese version)

目的通过临床应用眩晕残碍程度评定量表(Dizziness Handicap Inventory,DHI)中文版评价其内部一致性信度及相关性。方法以眩晕为主诉的145名患者为研究对象,调查内容包括一般情况调查和DHI中文版,计算DHI的得分情况,检验其内部一致性信度、三个分量间的相关性及其与病患年龄的相关性。结果 DHI量表中文版总体信度值为0.918;三个分量之间均存在显著的正相关性,其中躯体与功能的相关性最强;患者年龄与DHI总体及各分量得分没有相关性。结论 DHI中文版信度可靠,没有年龄差异,能够很好的评估眩晕主观症状的严重程度。

Objective To verify the internal consistency reliability and correlation of the Chinese version Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI） in a clinical setting. Methods One hundred forty five patients with dizziness as the chief com- plaint were included as subjects. The research included a survey on general conditions and administration of the Chinese ver- sion DHI. The DHI score was calculated to verify its internal consistency reliability, the correlation among its three compo- nents, and its correlation with the age of patient. Results The Chinese version of DHI showed a high overall reliability （r= 0.918）. Apparent positive correlations existed among its three components, with the most distinctive being between body and functioning. No correlation could be found between the age of patient and the overall DHI score or scores of the various com- ponents. Conclusion The Chinese version of DHI is reliable and can appropriately evaluate the severity of subjective symp- toms of dizziness.
