摘要 研究了脉冲激光焊工艺对0.8 mm厚Ti-2Al-1.5Mn钛合金薄板焊接角变形和弯曲变形的影响。结果表明:钛合金薄板激光焊变形相对较小,激光功率和焊接速度对焊接变形产生一定的影响,二者可归结为焊接热输入的影响;焊接热输入对焊接弯曲变形的影响较大;当焊接热输入小于425J/cm时,对角变形的影响不明显,当焊接热输入增加到425 J/cm左右时,其对角变形的影响显著增加,而后又趋于缓慢增加。 Ti-2A1-1.5Mn titanium alloy plates of 0.8 mm in thickness were welded using pulsed Nd:YAG laser beam welding(LBW),and the effects of welding parameter on welding bending and angular distortion were investigated.The results reveal that it has a lower welding distortion of thin titanium alloy plates with laser beam welding,that it has influenced both by laser power and welding speed,which are related to welding heat input.The heat input has stronger effects on bending distortion.The heat input has less effect on angular distortion when the heat input is below 425 J/cm,but its influences increases greatly when the heat input increases to 425 J/cm,and then increase slowly.
