体外膜肺氧合技术在心脏死亡器官捐献中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 由于心脏死亡器官捐献（DCD）供者经历长时间热缺血损伤，术后原发性移植物无功能（PNF）和移植物功能丧失发生率较高，曾一度摒弃不用。20世纪90年代，随着等待移植的患者数量迅速增加，等待移植患者的死亡率不断攀升，DCD再度作为扩大标准的供者（ECD）被用于临床。
