摘要
合成了一种含氮杂环化合物:异烟醛缩氨基硫脲(INT),通过静态失重,动电位极化曲线,电化学阻抗谱及扫描电镜等方法,研究了其在1 mol/L HCl溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀效果。结果表明,当INT浓度为1.5 mmol/L时,缓蚀效率可达83.6%,具有良好的缓蚀性能。INT缓蚀剂在Q235表面吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温式。是一种阴极型为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
A new heteroercyclic compound,isonicotinaldehyde thiosemicarbazone(INT),has been synthesized.The inhibition efficiency for Q235 steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution was evaluated by means of mass loss,potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Then,the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy.It was found that INT exhibits excellent inhibition performance and the highest inhibition efficiency reaches 83.6% by 1.5 mmol/L.The adsorption of INT on Q235 steel followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and INT acted as a mixed type inhibition with cathodic inhibition as dominative action.
