纯铜表面陶瓷-渗铝复合涂层制备工艺对耐蚀性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Preparation Methodology on Corrosion-resistance of Ceramic-aluminizing Composite Coatings

摘要 采用相同的陶瓷骨料、不同的制备工艺和渗剂分别制备固体渗铝复合陶瓷涂层和热喷涂复合陶瓷涂层,通过对涂层形貌、物相以及致密性分析,耐酸、耐蚀性以及耐盐雾腐蚀性能测试比较不同的制备工艺对涂层耐蚀性能影响。实验结果表明,采用固体渗铝制备复合涂层陶瓷涂层厚度与渗铝层厚度不均,致密性以及耐酸、耐盐性均不如热喷涂陶瓷涂层。热喷涂更适用于陶瓷-渗铝复合涂层的制备。 New type ceramic-aluminizing coatings were prepared by pre-coated ceramic and followed by a cementation process,and thermal spraying an aluminum base coat plus a cramic coat and followed by a heat-tratment process respectively.Then the phase constituents of the coatings were characterized by XRD and their corrosion performance was also examined.The results show that the ceramic-aluminizing composite coating prepared by the later process has less porosity and better corrosion resistance to various corrosive media.
