摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,早发现、早治疗是防治关键。导管原位癌是乳腺原位癌最常见的类型,手术治疗可痊愈。本文对其流行病学、发病机制、病理学特点、临床表现及常用的3种影像学检查(X线、MRI、超声)的表现和诊断价值作简单阐述。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in female patients. The early detection and early treatment is the key to prevention of breast cancer. Ductal carcinoma in situ （DCIS）, which could be cured by early detection and surgery, is the most common precancerous lesions in the breast. The DCIS epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathological features, clinical manifestations, and imaging （X-ray, MRI, ultrasound） performance and their diagnostic value are reviewed in the present paper.
