参芎葡萄糖注射液联合前列腺素E_1治疗急性肾损伤疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液联合前列腺素E1治疗急性肾损伤(AKI)的临床疗效。方法:筛选急性肾损伤患者54例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各27例。治疗组给予参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml联合前列腺素E110μg,静脉注射,日1次,总疗程3周。对照组27例给予前列腺素E110μg静脉注射,日1次;观察两组间24h尿量、少尿期持续时间、Scr恢复时间,是否需要肾脏替代治疗的频次等差异。结果:治疗组少尿持续时间、Scr恢复时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);透析例数及平均透析次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芎葡萄糖注射液联合前列腺素E1对AKI疗效优于单用前列腺素E1,提示参芎葡萄糖注射液联合前列腺素E1对AKI治疗有协同效应。
