摘要 将玫瑰香型β-环糊精香精微胶囊应用于PVC人造革的表面处理层,研究了香味革的留香效果及相关环保性能。结果表明:香味革在100℃下焙烘168h后,香精总留存率为58.22%;香味革的气味为7级,相比于未加香革的气味(6级)有明显改善;雾化值和总有机物挥发量分别为1.44mg和30μgC/g,较未加香革稍有升高,但仍满足汽车内饰PVC人造革要求。 β- cyclodextrin microencapsulation of rose perfume was applied to the surface treatment layer of PVC artificial leather. Meanwhile, the effect of fragrance retention and relative environmental properties of fragrant artificial leather were investi- gated. The results show that the total retention rate of perfume is 58.22% in artificial leather heated at 100℃ for 168h. The odor rating of fragrant artificial leather is 7 degree, which is obviously better than that of ordinary artificial leather( 6 degree). The fog- ging value and the quantity of volatile organic compound are 1.44mg and 30μgC/g respectively, which is slightly more than that of ordinary artificial leather. However, both of them meet the environmental standards of car trim materials.
