破裂大脑前动脉远端动脉瘤的外科治疗(22例报告)
摘要
大腩前动脉远端动脉瘤（distal anterior cerebral aneu—rvsm,DACA）发病率不高，约占所有颅内动脉瘤的1．5％～9．0％，临床上较为少见。由于DACA位置距离颅底Willis环较远，歼颅夹闭治疗及血管内介入治疗难度均较大，目前的经验不多。本义州顾分析了2008年7月至2012年7月问吉林大学第一医院治疗的破裂DACA22例的治疗及预后，将治疗结果进行总结报告。
