T型钙离子通道在癫痫发生中的作用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 T型钙离子通道为一种低电压依赖性钙通道,通过改变细胞内外钙离子浓度及神经元的兴奋性发挥其独特的生物学特性。T型钙离子通道结构及功能的异常与特发性癫痫,特别是失神癫痫密切相关。本文对特发性癫痫动物模型及不同人群中T型钙离子通道的基因变异及其所导致的电生理变化进行综述,希望对癫痫发病机制的研究提供思路,并为特发性癫痫的治疗提供依据。
