拉拔道次对空拔管质量影响的三维弹塑性有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 借助有限元分析软件ANSYS ,模拟了 316L不锈钢管的空拔过程 ,比较了单道拉拔与多道拉拔对残余应力场的影响 ,发现在变形量相同的条件下 ,单道拉拔引发的残余拉应力较小且分布较均匀 ,通过比较变形区各向应力场的异同 ,发现减少拉拔道次能明显减少空拔管变形过程的不均匀性 ,有利于改善管材表面质量 ,减小残余应力 . Presents the simulation of single and multi pass tube drawing processes based on a commercial FEM code (ANSYS) which reduces the number of drawing passes whilst minimizing induced residual stresses. The simulation and concludes that residual stresses induced by single pass drawing is less than that induced by multi pass drawing for a given size reduction while the number of drawing passes is reduced to achieve better surface finish and closer dimensional tolerance.
