摘要 目的:探讨肌动蛋白结合蛋白Transgelin-2在结肠癌组织中表达的临床价值。方法:以结肠癌组织蜡块标本329例作为研究对象,其中癌旁正常组织89例,结肠癌组织240例。对其进行组织芯片分析。结果:结肠癌组织中Transgelin-2阳性154例,阳性率为64.2%;而癌旁组织中Transgelin-2阳性14例,阳性率为15.7%。2种组织中Transgelin-2蛋白表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Trans-gelin-2表达与结肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移以及TNM分期相关(P<0.05);结肠癌Trans-gelin-2表达阳性患者其术后生存时间低于阴性患者。结论:Transgelin-2表达情况与肿瘤的恶性程度以及预后有关,其可能作为一种评价结肠癌患者预后的肿瘤标志物。 Objective: To investigate the actin-binding protein Transgelin-2 expression in colon cancer clinical value. Methods: 329 cases of colon cancer patients admitted to organization wax block specimens as the object of study, cancer adjacent normal tissue in 89 cases, 240 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Its tissue microarray analysis. Results: Results of 154 cases of rectal adenocarcinoma, the number of positive cases, the positive rate was 64.2%, while the number of positive cases adjacent tissues of 14 cases, the positive rate was 15.7%. Two sets of tissue sections compared, Transgelin-2 protein expression has obvious differences; transgelin-positive patients compared with negative group the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, distant metas-tasis and TNM stage compared with the differences in colorectal adenocarcinoma specimens (P 〈 0.05); positive expression group postoperative survival time than those with negative group. Con. clusion: Transgelin-2 expression of the degree of malignancy of the tumor, and the prognosis, and may be used as an evaluation of the prognosis of patients with colon cancer tumor markers.
