摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了Li4 .5B0 .5Si0 .5O4 -xLi2 O(x =0~ 0 .5 )离子导体材料 ,并采用DTA -TG、XRD、TEM及交流阻抗等技术对样品进行了分析和测试 ,结果发现 :溶胶 -凝胶法可降低Li4 .5B0 .5Si0 .5O4 的合成温度 ;随Li2 O的掺入可增强基质材料的致密性并提高其离子的导电性能 .
Presents the preparation of Li 4.5 B 0.5 Si 0.5 O 4-xLi 2O(x=0~0.5)ion conductors by Sol-Gel method, and DTA-TG, XRD, TEM and A-C impedance techniques used to study the structure and ionic conductivity of samples and concludes that the Li 4.5 B 0.5 Si 0.5 O 4 sample prepared by the Sol-Gel method needed lower temperature than the sample by solid state reaction, the improvement of sinterability and ionic conductivity of Li 4.5 B 0.5 Si 0.5 O 4-xLi 2O(0<x≤0.5)samples by dopant for Li 2O.
