Effects of simulated cold air on blood lipids level of rats

摘要 目的模拟冷空气过境对大鼠血脂水平的影响,为进一步研究冷空气活动对心脑血管疾病的影响提供依据。方法利用气象模拟箱模拟冷空气过境过程中的温度变化,将Wistar大鼠和自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠各36只按照随机区组设计分为3个区组,每组Wistar大鼠和SHR大鼠各12只且雌雄各半,根据冷空气过境过程中的温度变化,随机采用降温前、降温前+降温中、降温前+降温中+降温后3种处理方案,处理后检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,分析冷空气过境过程中血脂指标的变化。结果模拟的冷空气过程为中等强度冷空气。雌性Wistar大鼠血清TC水平降温中与降温前相比明显上升(P<0.05),TG水平降温后与降温前相比明显下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平降温中与降温前相比明显上升(P<0.05),降温后与降温前、降温中相比明显下降(P<0.05);雄性SHR大鼠血清TG水平降温后与降温中相比明显下降(P<0.05);雌性SHR大鼠血清HDL-C水平降温后与降温中相比明显下降(P<0.05),LDL-C水平降温中与降温前相比明显升高(P<0.05);大鼠其他血脂指标水平在冷空气过境过程中的差异均无统计学意义。结论冷空气活动对大鼠血脂水平有一定影响,可能是其导致心脑血管疾病的危险因素之一。 Objective To explore-the effects oi simulated cold air on blood lipids levels of rats and provide the basis for preventing the cold air-related cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Three meteorological environments were simulated by the simulation boxes of meteorological environment, which were the environments before, in transit and after the cold air transit. A total of 18 Wistar rats and 18 spontaneously hypertensive (SHR) rats were divided into three groups on the basis of similar weight and age, respectively. Each group was composed of male and female in equal. The groups were exposed randomly to three kinds of simulated environments. The bloods were collected from the rats' abdominal aorta to detect the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C). Results The simulated cold air process was moderate strength cold air. The serum TC of female Wistar rats in the cold air transit increased significantly than groups before transit (P〈0.05).The serum TG of female Wistar rats after the cold air transit decreased significantly than groups before transit (P〈0.05).The serum HDL-C of female Wistar rats in the cold air transit increased significantly than groups before transit (P〈0.05), and the serum HDL-C of female Wistar rats after the cold air transit decreased significantly than groups before and in transit (P〈0.05).The serum TG of male SHR rats after the cold air transit decreased significantly than groups in transit (P〈0.05). The serum HDL-C of female SHR rats after the cold air transit decreased significantly than groups in transit (P〈0.05). The serum LDL-C of female SHR rats in the cold air transit increased significantly than groups before transit (P〈0.05).Conclusion The cold air activity has an obvious influence on blood lipids levels of rats, which may be one of possible risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases attack.
