我国地理气候因素与人群血清25-羟维生素D水平的关系初步研究 被引量:18

A pilot study of relationship between geological and climatic factors and the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D status in Chinese population

摘要 目的初步探讨纬度、海拔和气温对我国人群维生素D水平的影响。方法通过文献检索,收集1989年至2012年9月发表的46篇我国不同地区人群血清25-羟维生素D水平的调查资料,分析人群血清25-羟维生素D与人群所在地区的纬度、海拔高度、年平均气温之间的相关关系。结果人群血清25-羟维生素D水平随着纬度的增加而逐渐降低,随着年平均气温的升高而逐渐增加,其中20岁以下人群在夏秋季节以及50岁以上人群在夏秋季节和冬春季节时,人群血清25-羟维生素D水平与纬度和年平均气温均呈相关性(P<0.05);人群血清25-羟维生素D水平与海拔高度的关系不明显。结论纬度和年平均气温是影响人群血清25-羟维生素D水平的重要因素。 Objective To explore the effects of latitude, altitude and temperature on the level of vitamin D in Chinese population. Methods The serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D status of population in different areas in China from 46 articles was collected from the published literatures. The relationship between the level of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D and latitude, altitude and the mean annum temperature were evaluated. Results The levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D decreased with the increasing latitudes and increased with the increasing means for annual temperature. The relationship between serum 25- hydroxy vitamin D and latitudes and the means for annual temperature were significant for subjects aged under 20 years in summer and autumn and for subjects aged over 50 years in summer and autumn and in winter and spring, respectively (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Latitudes and the means for annual temperature are the important factors influencing the levels of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D in Chinese population.
