凝结芽孢杆菌联合奥沙拉嗪对轻中型溃疡性结肠炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-17的影响

The influence of Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine on serum TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-17 in patient with ulcerative colitis

目的观察肠道益生菌凝结芽孢杆菌联合奥沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的治疗效果,并检测其对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的影响,了解其可能的治疗机制。方法将72例UC患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组36例,治疗组患者给予凝结芽孢杆菌联合奥沙拉嗪治疗,对照组患者予奥沙拉嗪治疗,疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后临床症状、结肠镜下黏膜改变以及血清TNF-α、IL-8和IL-17水平的变化。结果治疗组患者临床疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-8和IL-17水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),但治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论凝结芽孢杆菌联合奥沙拉嗪治疗UC疗效显著,并可降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-8和IL-17水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine in ulcerative colitis（UC） patients,detect its influence on the serum tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α）,interleukin-8（IL-8） and interleukin-17（IL-17）,and understand its possible therapeutic mechanisms.Methods Seventy-two UC patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with thirty-six patients in each group.The treatment group was given Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine,while the Control group was given olsalazine only,for eight weeks.The clinical symptoms and colonoscopy results were assessed and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-17 were measured before and after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the clinical curative effect of treatment group was significantly better（P〈0.05）.Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-17 were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment（P〈0.01）,while the declining of the serum levels of the three cytokines in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bacillus coagulans combined with olsalazine has significant effect in patients with UC by reducing the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-17.
