摘要
利用SolidWorks建立智能穿梭堆码机器人的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS软件对堆垛机进行分析,采用有限元法建立结构的静力学模型,进行简化与有限元网格划分。按照堆垛机的满载情况完成载荷的边界条件的加载,并用有限元结构性能分析的方法模拟获取了堆码机器人不同构件的应力分布数据和变形结果,从而计算出壳体满足强度要求的最大应力和变形量,为进一步探讨智能穿梭机器人的结构强度和优化设计提供了支撑。
3D model of an intelligent shuttle stacker established on the basis of SolidWorks and analyzed by introducing the model into ANSYS software.Finite element method is adopted to construct the static mode to simplify reasonably and generate finite element mesh.The structural strength is analyzed by loading boundary conditions according to stacker in full load conditions.By using finite element method for structural performance analysis,imitate and obtain the robot stress distribution data in different component,and get the robot indifferent depth of deformation results,in order to calculate the maximum stress and deformation meet the strength requirements,it provides support for further discussion of structural strength and optimal design on the robot fish.
