摘要
设计了具有分锥体结构的新型大柔度锥面高速刀柄。利用有限元软件对该高速刀柄的静态和高速性能进行了分析,具体研究了刀柄锥面与端面的压力分布特点以及主轴的膨胀变形规律。研究结果表明,大柔度锥面高速刀柄比常用的HSK刀柄具有更高的极限转速,在高转速下能够保证良好的定位精度和连接刚度,特别适合于高速加工。
A new type of tool holder was designed.It has a high flexible conical surface which consists of several independent cones.The static performance and the performance in high speed are analyzed by means of finite element software.Specific research includes the contact pressure distribution on the cone and on the end surface of tool holder as well as the swell increment of spindle.The research results show that the tool holder has higher limit rotate speed than HSK tool holder used commonly at present,and it has high positioning accuracy and high connecting stiffness.This new type of tool holder is specially suitable for high speed machining.
