砌块机生产设备原型造型设计研究

Study on prototype modeling design of block machine

随着我国制造业的升级与转型发展,需要通过工业设计对生产设备类产品在外观造型和人机工程等方面的性能进行大力提升。以大型砌块机生产制造设备的第一代原型机造型设计为例,分解执行"构思—设计—实施—运行"4个主要阶段任务,呈现整个设计流程中这4个设计阶段的重要设计执行方法、设计分析关键点及对应的设计输出成果。总结砌块机作为同时面对产品生产和自身销售的设备产品应该具备的主要造型特征,在满足关键的人机工程学设计考虑点的前提下,提取可以承载高科技感的设计元素。

With the upgrading and transformation of China’s manufacturing industry,the performance on form and ergonomic engineering of manufacturing equipment need to be improved greatly through industrial design.Taking the prototype modeling design of first generation block machine as an example,the four stages of conception,design,implement and operation are carried out.The important execution methods,design outputs corresponding to key points are discussed in the whole design process.The main modeling characteristics of the block machine facing manufacturing and sales marketing are summarized;under the premise of meeting the needs of ergonomic engineering,the concrete design elements of high-tech style are extracted.
