乳化剂替代部分油脂对肉鸡生产性能和养分消化率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加乳化剂替代部分油脂对爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡生产性能和养分消化率的影响。将640只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为4个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。4个试验组中,正对照日粮为正常油脂水平,负对照日粮中的油脂添加量降低0.5%,乳化剂组为负对照日粮中分别添加0.05%乳化剂1和乳化剂2。结果显示:在肉鸡生长前期和后期,乳化剂组的采食量、增重分别比负对照提高了1%~4%和4%~12%(P<0.05),且达到了正对照水平(P≥0.05),但只有乳化剂2组在22~42日龄期间对料重比有改善作用(P<0.05),两个乳化剂组之间采食量和增重无差异(P≥0.05);肉鸡生长前期,乳化剂将粗脂肪消化率提高了5%~6%,能量消化率提高了2%~3%(P<0.05);但在肉鸡生长后期,乳化剂仅对能量的消化率有提高作用(P<0.05),粗蛋白、钙、磷的消化率无差异(P≥0.05);两个乳化剂组之间养分消化率也无差异(P≥0.05)。由此可见,肉鸡低油脂日粮中添加乳化剂能显著提高采食量和增重,降低料重比,有效提高生产性能。 The purpose of this test was to study the effect of dietary emulsifiers replacing part of fat on production performance and nutrient digestibility of Arbor Acres (AA) broilers. A total of 640 1-day-age AA broilers were randomly divided into four treatments, 8 replicates each treatment, 20 chickens per replicate. Positive control diet had a normal lipid level, dietary lipid of negative control was less 0.5% than positive control, and 0.05% emulsifier 1 and 2 were added into emulsifier groups, respectively. The results showed that at the early and late of growth phase, feed intake and weight gain of emulsifier groups were increased by 1% to 4% and 4% to 12% compared with negative control (P〈0.05) ,and reached to positive control level (P~〉0.05),but only feed to gain ratio of emulsifier group 2 at 22 to 42 days age was improved (P〈0.05), and there were no significant differences in feed intake and weight gain between two emulsifier groups (P≥0.05). At the early of growth phase,emulsifiers could improve crude fat digestibility by 5% to 6%,increase energy digestibility by 2% to 3% (P〈0.05);at the later growth phase,emulsifier could increase energy digestibility of broilers (P〈0.05), digestibilities of crude protein, calcium, phosphorus were not different among groups (P^0.05);there was no significant difference in nutrient digestibility between two emulsifier groups (P≥0.05). Thus, adding emulsifier into low-fat diets could significantly improve feed intake and weight gain effectively decrease feed to gain ratio,improve production performance in AA broilers.
