氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定土壤中砷、汞的方法 被引量:10

摘要 采用沸水浴消解,氢化物发生—原子荧光法同时测定土壤中砷、汞元素的含量。用体积比为1∶1王水沸水浴2h消解样品,用φ=3%的盐酸作载流,10g/L的硼氢化钾作还原剂进行测定。对负高压、灯电流、载气流量、屏蔽气流量、硼氢化钾质量浓度等参数进行考察并优化。结果表明:砷标准溶液质量浓度为0~60.0μg/L、汞为0~3.0μg/L时有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999 0,且加标回收砷为96.2%~103.0%,汞为97.5%~106.7%。该法具有低检出限、高准确度、高精密度和良好的重现性等特点。 The method of boiling water bath digestion, hydride generation atomic fluorescence was used to determinate the content of arsenic and mercury in soil at the same time. Under the conditions of the 1 : 1 aqua boiling water bath for 2 h digestion, with the volume fraction of 3% hydrochloric acid as the carrier flow, 10 g/I. potassium borohydride as reducing agent, a negative high voltage, lamp current, flow rate of carrier gas, flow rate of shielding gas, potassium borohydride concentration were studied and optimized. The results showed that: Arsenic standard solution in the range of 0--60.0 μg/L, mercury in the 0--3.0 μg/L had a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was grea ter than 0. 999 0. Arsenic recovery of standard addition in 96. 2% -103.0%,mercury in 97. 5%- 106.7%. The method has low detection limit, high accuracy, high precision and favorable reproduc tion quality.
