Impact Compaction Technology of Rockfill for Airfield-bed

摘要 基于爆破堆石体颗粒个体特征以及冲击加固工艺特点,确立了厚分层强夯加固基本原则,并针对道基道槽区、土面区等不同功能区不同工程要求,相应提出了分区域、分层位采用不同的冲击加固组织方案。堆石体冲击碰撞大变形数值仿真揭示了堆石体夯锤冲击作用的响应特征,结合工艺性先导试验,合理确定了强夯能级、夯点布置及夯锤设计参数。根据依托工程质量检测成果,论证了道槽区与土面区等不同功能区堆石体强夯冲击加固采用不同工艺组织的必要性与合理性,且进一步验证了强夯虚铺厚度、夯点间距等设计参数取值的合理性。 Based on the particle characteristics of explosive rockfill granules and the characteristics of impact compaction technology, the principle of thick-layer rockfill reinforced by dynamic compaction is established. For different engineering requirements of various functional airport areas such as tract groove area and soil surfaced area, the impact reinforcement schemes of different areas and different layers are presented respectively. The dynamic response of the rockfill granules under the impact of hammer is revealed by numerical simulation of large displacement of rockfill, the dynamic compaction energy level, arrangement of compaction points and the parameters of hammer are reasonably determined based on the technical pilot test. According to the construction quality test results, it is necessary and reasonable to adopt different construction technologies of rockfill dynamic compaction which separately applied in different regions of airfield-bed, and the design parameters such as the virtual height and compaction spacing are verified.
