Project Sequencing of Trunk Highway Based on Spatial Interaction Model and Network Topology Structure

摘要 根据我国当前公路交通发展对国省干线公路建设项目排序的新要求,探讨了建设项目排序的影响因素和重要性、迫切性评价标准;尝试采用改进的Wilson空间相互作用模型表征道路的社会经济效益,用地区生产总值、人口、行政等级指标多个指标共同测算节点间的引力,节点间的阻力由距离和建设成本决定;同时结合干线公路网的拓扑结构特征,提出了综合评价指标,包括道路建设的社会经济效益、路网等级提升效果、路网连通度、网络化程度以及建设进程的协调性,同时探讨了模型参数的确定方法,提出了综合评价模型及其求解方法;最后结合某区域干线公路网规划,针对2013—2015年、2016—2020年、2021—2030年3个阶段的干线公路建设项目进行了排序,验证了模型方法的可行性与有效性。 According to the new requirements of highway project sequencing to coordinate current road transport development strategy, the influencing factors and evaluation criteria of importance and urgency are discussed. Then, the improved Wilson's spatial interaction model is applied to reflect the social-economic benefit of road. Multiple indicators which includes GDP, population and administrative areas are selected to estimate the "relation" of the nodes, while the "resistance" of the nodes is jointly decided by the distance and costs. At the same time, combining with the topological structure feature of trunk highway network, the comprehensive evaluation model is established, in which the objective functions including social-economic benefit of road construction project, effect of level-up, road network connectivity, road network level, and coordination with the expressway construction process in the channel. Meanwhile, the determining method of model parameters is discussed, and comprehensive evaluation model and solution methods are proposed. Finally, combining with a certain regional trunk highway network planning, the trunk highway construction projects for the stages of 2013 - 2015, 2016 - 2020, 2021 - 2030 is sorted, and the feasibility and the effectiveness of the model are verified.
