摘要
利用SSR分子标记分析了126份玉米自交系的遗传多样性,初步进行了种质类群的划分。从230对SSR引物中筛选出70对扩增条带清晰稳定具有多态性的引物。结果表明,70对引物在供试材料中共检测出278个等位基因变异,每对引物检测出2~7个等位基因,平均4个。每对引物的多态性信息量(PIC)变化范围为0.444~0.835,平均0.682。126个自交系之间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.576~0.978。利用UPGMA聚类分析方法将126份供试自交系可以划分为A、B两大类群,共6个亚群。
The genetic diversity of 126 maize inbred lines were detected by SSR markers,and the heterotic groups were classified preliminarily. 70 SSR primers with clear, stable, and polymorphic amplified bands chosen from 230 SSR primers were finally selected for the analysis. The results showed that 278 alleles were detected at 70 loci and the average number of alleles was 4. The value of polymorphism information content (PIC) for each SSR locus var- ied from 0.444 to 0. 835 with an average of 0. 682. Genetic dissimilarity coefficients ranged from 0. 576 to 0.978. The 126 inbred lines were divided into 2 groups including 6 subgroup by UPGMA method.
