With the development of world economy,English has become an international language.If we want to connect with the world better,we must learn English better.If you want to learn English better,standard pronunciation is the foundation.However,many Chinese people speak English in Chinglish,which many foreigners can not understand,more serious,in foreign language test of listening comprehension,because the pronunciation is not standard,it will affect the effect of the examination.This paper will start with a branch of linguistics to research standard English pronunciation position,American English pronunciation evolved from British English,British English pronunciation is the foundation,American English is branch and leaf,only do we solve the foundation,other problems will be easily solved,this paper will research this issue.
