中外教师合作教学的实施——以常州纺院为例

摘要 根据外教教学的现状,结合常州纺院,提出了改革传统的英语课堂教学,尝试中外教师合作教学,发挥中外教师各自的优势,最大限度地提高中国英语教师的语言实践能力、文化意识、教学技能等,从而使其整体的课堂教学能力得到提升。 According to the current situation of foreign teachers teaching,combined with the situation in Changzhou Textile Garment Institute,This paper puts forward the views of reforming traditional English classroom teaching,trying cooperation teaching between China and foreign teachers,full playing the advantages of their foreign and China teachers,to fully improve China teachers' English language ability,cultural awareness,teaching skills for improving teachers' all-round teaching ability.
