个性化课堂设计实例研究——教师参与课堂活动

摘要 课堂设计是课堂教学的设想和计划。课堂设计时应注重教师对课堂活动直接参与,并扮演前台演员和幕后导演双重角色。本文提出教师在课堂导入、师生互动、自我评价、价值认定、理想与现实对比和课堂小结中与学生同等参与课堂活动的课堂设计模式。实例研究表明,这种课堂设计能激发学生的学习兴趣和内在动力,使学习情绪处于积极状态中,同时有助于增进师生互信,活跃课堂气氛,得到有价值的信息反馈。 Classroom design is the assumption and plan of the teaching.Teachers should stress on their participating in classroom activities directly,playing the role of both 'actor' and 'director' when make the classroom design.It is suggested that teachers participate with students equally in the main sections as following lead-in,interacting,self-assertion,value awareness,real and reality,and class summary.This kind of classroom design has strong points in attracting students' attention,inspiring their inner study motivation,and improving their English ability in practical application.The case study shows that teachers' participating in classroom activities benefits a lot in enhancing mutual trust between students and teachers,forming an active classroom atmosphere,and receiving faithful and valuable feedback.
