摘要
通过对2013年上半年中国禽蛋市场形势的分析指出,鸡蛋价格连续走低,5月创下11个月以来的最低点,鸡蛋供给过剩及禽流感疫情是导致蛋价下跌的主要原因;饲料成本持续上涨导致蛋鸡养殖成本持续上升,使得养殖效益低迷,但仍好于2012年同期。预计3季度鸡蛋价格有望出现上涨行情。
Through analyzing China＇s eggs market situation in the first half of 2013, this paper pointed out that egg price has been falling continuously and reached an ll-month low in May 2013, and the drop in egg price was mostly driven by surplus supply in the market and avian flu. Persistent rise in feed cost sustained egg chicken breeding cost, and made the breeding benefits depressed, but still better than the corresponding period in 2012. Egg price is expected to rise in the third quarter of 2013.
