牙胚细胞联合骨髓液及生物工程材料促进牙齿再生的动物实验研究

摘要 目的观察牙胚细胞联合骨髓液及生物工程材料促进牙齿再生情况。方法 80只大鼠随机分为四组,实验后收集X线数据、组织学分析结果和免疫组织化学分析结果并加以比较。结果与其余三组相比,试验组大鼠牙齿生长评分情况明显优于假治疗组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。组织学HE染色结果显示20例大鼠均有新生时期细胞的胞浆,18只大鼠的免疫组织化学分析分析结果为阳性。结论牙胚细胞能够重新进入牙生成程序中并参与牙齿的形成,因此这些细胞可以成为牙齿再生的来源。 Objective To observe tooth germ cells and bone marrow fluid and biological engineering materials promote tooth regeneration.Methods 80 rats were divided into four groups,histological analysis and immunohistochemical analysis and comparison.Results Comparing with the other three groups,experimental group rat tooth growth score was significantly better than the sham treatment group(P 0.05),18 rats immunohistochemical analysis showed a positive result.Conclusion The formation of tooth germ cells to re-enter the tooth generating program and participate in the teeth,so these cells can become a source of tooth regeneration.
