探讨5-羟甲基糠醛在中药及复方中的存在意义

A discussion about existing significance of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Chinese native medicine and compound prescription

目的对5-羟甲基糠醛在中药及复方中的研究现状进行系统的整理分析,为中药及复方今后研究提供依据。方法对5-羟甲基糠醛的存在现状、产生原因、药理作用、以及中药汤剂呈棕色的原因,本实验室的研究等进行了分析整理、归纳总结。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛可能是中药及复方中一个新的活性成分,是中药汤剂呈棕色的原因之一,在中药复方中可能发挥着独特药效。结论对5-羟甲基糠醛的研究,从而为阐明其存在意义及其与中药药效之间的关系打下坚实基础。

Objective Systematic study of research present situation in 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in Chinese native medicine and compound prescription.To provide evidence for the Chinese native medicine and compound prescription in future research.Methods Consulting data,analysis and arrangement,this article summarized the overview of 5-HMF existence,causing reason,the pharmacological action research,and the reason for the chinese medicine decoction present brown,studies in our own laboratory and so on.Results 5-HMF possibly may be a new active constituent,It may be one of the reasons that the colour of herbal decoction is brown.It can produce original effect in the Chinese native medicine and compound prescription.Conclusion To the research of 5-HMF,It is lay a solid foundation for elucidating the relation between existing significance of 5-HMF and effectiveness of TCM.
