派力奥治疗下颌第三磨牙冠周炎的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of treatment of periocline on the mandibular third molar pericoronitis

目的探讨派力奥治疗下颌第三磨牙冠周炎的临床效果。方法选取2010年5月至2012年5月来本科就诊的冠周炎患者96例,随机分为两组,实验组50例常规局部冲洗后上派力奥,对照组46例常规局部冲洗后上牙康,2～3d后观察疗效。结果实验组总有效率92.00%,对照组总有效率76.09%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论派力奥在治疗下颌第三磨牙冠周炎中,效果明显,具有一定的优越性。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects about periocline sent to treat the mandibular third molar pericoronitis.Methods To choose 96 cases who treated with pericoronitis in our department from May 2010 to May 2012,96 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the experiment group of 50 patients was treated with periocline after conventional partial flushing,and the control group of 46 patients was treated with the teeth Kang.The curative effect was observed after 2～3 days.Results The effective rate was 92.00% in the experiment group while 76.09% in the control group,P〈0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Periocline is effective in the treatment of the mandibular third molar pericoronitis,and periocline has certain advantages.
