尼莫地平与吡拉西坦联合治疗在血管性痴呆患者中的临床效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨尼莫地平与吡拉西坦联合治疗在血管性痴呆患者中的临床效果。方法选择本院血管性痴呆患者共82例,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林口服,每次0.1g,1次/d;同时给予尼莫地平每次30mg口服,3次/d。观察组患者在对照组用药基础上给予吡拉西坦治疗,每次0.8g,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗24周。评定两组治疗前后认知情况。结果观察组治疗30d、治疗90d和治疗180d的简易智能状态量表评分分别与对照组同时间评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平与吡拉西坦联合治疗在血管性痴呆患者中的临床治疗显著,值得借鉴。
