七氟醚亲子型诱导模式在小儿斜疝手术中的应用

摘要 目的观察比较七氟醚麻醉诱导与氯胺酮麻醉诱导在小儿斜疝手术中的效果及不良反应。方法选择40例2~12岁手术患儿,随机分为七氟醚吸入诱导组(S组)和氯胺酮麻醉诱导组(K组)。观察记录两组患儿诱导时间、手术时间、苏醒时间,观察患儿哭闹、呕吐、喉痉挛等麻醉相关并发症。结果 S组诱导时间明显短于K组(P〈0.01)、苏醒时间明显短于K组(P〈0.05),与S组比较,K组诱导期哭闹、喉痉挛多于S组(P〈0.05)。两组手术时间之间差异无统计学意义。结论七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导用于小儿斜疝手术安全舒适、并发症少,亲子型诱导模式更顺应优质医疗服务需要。
