探讨手术室护士和麻醉师相互配合的工作效果

Explore cooperations effects between theatre nurse and anesthesiologist

目的分析和探讨手术室护士和麻醉师相互配合的工作效果。方法选取2012年1月至2012年12月对手术室护士进行全方位培训并配合麻醉师进行相关护理5000例。按照随机数字表法随机分为两组,观察组的方法主要包括术前护理、术中护理和术后护理三项。术前的护理主要有术前的心理指导、术前访视和手术室准备。术中配合护理主要有药品仪器的准备、麻醉体位的摆放、观察患者病情变化和准备实施抢救等步骤。对照组采用常规护理方法。结果大部分患者对于两种护理方案都满意,但是相比而下,观察组的满意度比对照组高30.8%,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理人员应熟悉自己的基本技能,在手术前、中、后积极配合麻醉师。

Objective To explore and analyze cooperations effects between theatre nurse and anesthesiologist. Methods From January 2012 to December. 2012, 100 cases of full-range training to theatre nurses matching relative nursing on the anesthesiologist. They were divided into two groups by table of random number： methods in the observation group mainly included preoperative nursing, nursing and postoperative nursing; operative nursing mainly included preoperative psychological guidance, preoperative preparation for and operation room. Intraoperative nursing care mainly included drug and instrument preparation, the anesthesia positions, observing the patients＇ condition changes and preparing for the implementation of the rescue. The control group was treated with routine nursing method. Results Most patients were satisfied with the two types of nursing programs, but the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group by 28%; P〈0.05, it has statistical significance. Conclusions Nursing personnel should be familiar with the basic skills and actively cooperate with the anesthesiologist, before and after the operation.
