摘要 为将S450EW高耐蚀型耐候钢成功应用于新型载重80t级铁路货车,对S450EW钢进行下料切割、焊接和冲压成型等工艺性能分析。结果表明:S450EW高耐蚀型耐候钢切割下料时具有一定的热敏感性;采用配比为5%-10%CO_2的富氩混合气体进行焊接时,焊缝成型较好;当材料屈强比小于0.8时具有较好的冲压成型性能。 To apply S450EW highly weather - resistant steel to the new 80t railway freight car, analysis of the processability is made in terms of its cutting'welding and stamping characteristics. Testing results in- dicate that this new materisl is sensitive to heat during cutting process; if a 5% - 10% argon -enriched mixed gas is used in welding operation, a good weld appearance can be obtained; and a favorable spamp- ing formability can be achieved when its yielding strength ratio is less than 0.8.
