摘要 全自动倾转式浇注机是高效率造型生产线不可或缺的配套设备,而控制系统的开发和应用,是浇注机最为核心的部分。本文对浇注过程进行了数学建模,对浇口杯液面控制理论、流量控制理论和晃动抑制控制理论的研究现状进行了详细介绍,并对全自动倾转式浇注机控制理论的应用和发展进行了总结和展望。 Automatic tilting-type pouring machines are indispensable corollary equipments of the high effective moulding line. Thereby the exploitation and application of control system are the key for develepment of pouring machines. In this paper the mathematical modeling of pouring process was analyzed. The research status on liquid level control, flow rate control and sloshing suppressing control theories were explained. At last the development and application of control systems for pouring machines were summarized and discussed.
